Upgrade Notebook OfficeJS app

This work resumes the MR https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/erp5/merge_requests/915

Note: notebook export to pdf action relies on changes on erp5_notebook bt done in this MR: https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/erp5-bin/merge_requests/6

It also migrates the app to latest officejs framework.
