The source project of this merge request has been removed.
slapos_wechat_secure_payment: Extend Wechat implement so we can test it
Those changes aims to introduce a test mode (and as well a fix for spbill_create_ip) so we can run the code on development environment w/o required to use actual creditcards.
This is used on SlapOS Master for have some functional tests working.
