Change default Invoice List view

Rework the default invoice view on panel to display only unpaid invoices, them add an action to Show All invoices (in case you need to search for something).

TODO:

• Write tests for AccountingTransactionModule_getUnpaidInvoiceList
• Ensure Payment State is consistent (and working) on Invoice view and on the listbox
