Add ors-amarisoft software release

This SR is used to deploy the Amarisoft LTE stack (eNB, gNB, MME and IMS all-in-one) on ORS (Open Radio Stations). As amarisoft software is proprietary, the Amarisoft binaries need to be already there in /opt/amarisoft, which will be done in the future with the ors-upgrade ansible playbook: slapos.package/merge_requests/158
