Add gadget from SR to display on Monitor APP

1. Gadget (renderjs) will be in SR's buildout
2. the SR publishes the gadget URL in [publish-connection-information].
3. Monitor APP gets the gadget URL to display on Software Instances -> Instance -> Script.
